Positive: Amazing!!! The best hotel I've ever stayed at! Staff was amazing. Room was luxurious! Even had games and an iPad for use. Full sized fridge, robes, dishes, plenty amenities in room for purchase. Lobby smelled amazing with their own special products. Snacks and water , coffee all free in Lobby. I can't wait to come back if im ever in the city again.
Summary: Absolutely Stunning, luxurious and very good rate!

Positive: The hotel was absolutely beautiful. Walking in, took my breath away... Literally! I did not expect it to be so lovely. The room was even better! Beautifully done room! The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable! Luscious, fluffy pillows and a great mattress! Wish we could have had more nights here!
Negative: The only thing I didn't like, which is not the hotels fault at all, but just want to make others aware. We were on the street side, and you can hear a lot of street noise. Again, I do not blame the hotel at all as that is something out of their control.

Positive: Great location. The room and amenities are fantastic. Very comfortable. The staff were helpful and courteous.
Negative: Service at the restaurant (Coppins) was friendly but not very attentive. Food was delicious (duck dinner) but neither of our sides were put through to the kitchen, and forgotten about. However, the food and drink we received were fantastic!
